We want your pawtrait to be the best it possibly can be!
We will always advise you on the best pictures to use but we have put together this guide to give you an idea of what works best and what doesn’t.
We do work from the image you send, if it is low quality, a screenshot or blurry, the final artwork will be low quality.
For best results, original pictures will work best!
If you are unsure it’s the original picture, it may be worth taking a new one following the guide below.
If the image you upload doesn’t suit our criteria, don’t worry, we will assist you all the way, we never make a product up until you are 100% happy!
Examples That Work Best
- Pictures taken at eye level.
- Pictures taken outdoors with natural daylight.
- Forward facing pictures.
- Original pictures. (Not Screenshots)
- Make sure not to cut any of your pet's features off.
Examples Of Unsuitable Images
- Pictures taken above eye level leaves no area to apply a neck accessory.
- Pictures taken in the wrong lighting can give false accuracy to your pet's colouring.
- Not looking in the camera is fine, however, on an angle can make it difficult to apply the outfit you choose.
- Screenshots are very low in size and quality, leading the artwork to be blurry.
- Pictures taken from far away will make the final artwork very low quality.
